  3. HOSTING WITH MINIWEBS  
Miniwebs not only does web design, but we also host websites. If you take a look at our web design packages above, you will see that we also include hosting. If you already have a website and would like to host with Miniwebs, then click the Order Now button below to fill in an online form.

R 960.oo / Annum (Equates to R80.oo/month)
*All depending on the size of the website, this quote is for an average size website ... contact us for an accurate quote
  4. DOMAIN NAMES  
If you are hunting for domain names... Miniwebs can check availability for you, as well as register and secure the domain name for you.

R 200.oo for .co.za and R 400.oo for .com
*Quote is per annum - although the domain name comes free when you take on a web design package above - Option 1 or Option 2
   
  5. Transferring ‘Out’ of our Hosting Package  
Please understand that the costs of your “Website Design”, designed for your use has been greatly reduced as you have opted for a combined ‘Design & Hosting’ package. Effectively, the unique design of your website and the usage rights thereof, is developed on the basis and understanding that you continue to ‘host’ on our own Web-Host Servers, hence the discounted rate.

Should you wish to opt out of the hosting package for whatever reason, and at any time, after your initial payment, whether it is within your current 12-month hosting term, or … should you decide not to renew for another 12-month period, you may do so via one of two methods:

Transfer Out Plan A:
Take full exclusive ownership of the ‘design & conceptualization’ buy paying an additional levy of R2200.oo. With this plan you do not have to retain our embedded link (Company Logo or Text Link) … linking back to our Website: www.Miniwebs.co.za
Cost: TOP-A levy: R2200.oo

Transfer Out Plan B:
Take full usage rights of the ‘design & conceptualization’ buy paying an additional levy of R400.oo. However, with this plan you are obligated to retain our embedded link (Company Logo or Text Link) … linking back to our Website: www.Miniwebs.co.za irrespective of where you host your website. You must ensure that your ‘new’ hosting/ ISP company retains the link back to our website address at all times. Random checks will be carried out, and if non-compliance is detected, the TOP-A charges will be levied!
Cost: TOP-B levy: R400.oo

Note 1: The TOP-A, or TOP-B, ‘transfer out methods’ as described above, are only available if your current account is in good standing and there no debts outstanding.

Note 2: With either of these Transfer Out Plans, TOP-A, or TOP-B, the transfer of the Domain Name is included in the arrangement.

Note 3: Under no circumstances whatsoever, may any other/ new Hosting Company/ ISP take credit for our ‘design & conceptualization’ or indicate in any way that the ‘design & conceptualization’ was of their own doing, as copyright exists and any infringement thereof, will be vigorously pursued. *Litigation as a result thereof, will be for your costs.

Note 4: Should you require examples of our Company Logo graphics, with our embedded URL html code, …or … the appropriate Text Link for transfer out plan TOP-B, please do not hesitate to request via email.
